will learn practical holistic wellness strategies to help you achieve more balance and resilience to empower you in your daily living. You will create a personalized wellness plan for improving your life.
In this workshop, you will learn the true meaning of the word “wellness” as we cover topics like improving self-care, stress reduction techniques, healthy eating “on the run”, emotional balance, improving relationships, how to find more meaning in your daily living and more. You will learn to create simple goals and action steps and learn how to keep your self-care needs a priority. As we move through the 12 Dimensions of Wellness, you will learn quick, easy, simple techniques to improve your sense of well being.
